Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through cwscode.com, for what purpose and on what legal basis we process it, and what rights you have under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Cyber Wings Solutions Bartosz Tomasiewicz, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 6321899349.

For any matters regarding the processing of personal data you can contact the controller by email at: info@cwscode.com.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we process the data you provide voluntarily: your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the message content.

In addition, the server may automatically record technical access logs (including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) for security and diagnostic purposes.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Handling the enquiry sent via the form — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Ensuring the security and proper operation of the website (server logs) — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention period

We keep the form data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any further correspondence, and then until any related claims become time-barred or until you withdraw your consent. Server logs are kept for as long as necessary for security purposes.

5. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to trusted processors acting on our behalf, in particular our hosting provider and the email provider (Google) used to receive form messages. We do not sell your data and do not transfer it to third countries without a legal basis.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, and to object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

7. Voluntary nature of providing data

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to handle the enquiry sent via the contact form.

8. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use cookies for marketing or tracking. We only store your language choice in the browser's local storage (localStorage) to improve your experience.

To display fonts, the website uses Google Fonts — when they are fetched, the user's IP address may be processed by Google.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on this page. If you have any questions, write to: info@cwscode.com.
